FAQ

Q. Do you have flush toilet facilities?

A. Basic toilet facilities are available. We have several portable toilets set up around the ranch. Currently our facilities are rustic, and we do not offer flushing toilets.

Q. Can we visit without an appointment or reservation?

A. Sorry, no. Due to the number of events, the volume of people and staff, and for the safety of the many horses and other animals we have around the ranch, unexpected visits are not permitted, nor are “walk in” campers, RV’s or those interested in Yurt stays.

Please reserve a site through our booking page, or if you are interested in holding an event at the ranch, contact us to book a tour. Ranch tours are also available on horseback, please contact Satori for more info.

Q. Do you have any accommodations other than Yurts or camping?

A. Not at this time. But check back often as we are always improving and building upon our services!

Q. What should I wear for riding lessons?

A. Jeans or long pants, rubber boots or cowboy boots. Make sure you dress for the weather and always be prepared for changing conditions. The weather can change quickly here in the mountains! Sun screen, water to drink, a warm and waterproof layer are good to have on hand.

Q. Is there potable water at the ranch?

A. At this time we do not have access to potable water. You need to bring in all the water and other supplies that you will need during your visit.

Q. Are there showers for guests to use?

A. If you are attending a multiple day event at the ranch, the event organizers may have brought in shower facilities. We currently do not have operating showers however, on a warm day the river can provide a nice refreshing bath, but please note, enter the river at your own risk! No lifeguard on duty!
