We love sharing the ranch with others and making it available for all to enjoy.

Ranch Rules and Regulations:

Please read over the rules and regulations to ensure you are aware of your responsibilities as a visitor of the ranch. By following these rules, you help us preserve the beauty and enjoyment of the ranch for everyone and most importantly the animals that make it their home. 

Do Not feed the horses It’s important to respect the space and well-being of horses. Approaching or feeding them without permission can lead to safety issues for both you and the animals. Horses may have specific dietary needs, and feeding them unwanted treats can cause health problems. Always follow any posted guidelines and regulations regarding interactions with animals. If you’re unsure, it’s best to observe from a distance and enjoy their beauty without intruding.

Vehicle Access and speed Limits: Please be advised that the posted speed limit across all areas of the property is **5 KM/h**. It is imperative to adhere to this speed limit at all times. Failure to comply may result in eviction from the property. Park in designated areas only. Off-road driving is strictly prohibited. 

Swimming: swim at your own risk. The property borders the fast flowing Cheakamus River, there are several areas to access but none of them are supervised. Your children and pets should be supervised at all times at the water's edge.

Respect the Environment: Please do not litter. Use designated trash and recycling bins, and if you see any litter, we encourage you to pick it up.

Stay on Designated Paths: To protect native flora and fauna, please stick to marked trails and pathways while hiking or walking on the ranch.

Wildlife: Bears,Cougars,Wolves,Racoons,Coyotes,Deer and Bobcats roam freely on the property. Please store all food,smelly stuff,garbage and your cooler in your car or RV . Observe wildlife from a distance. Do not feed, disturb, or attempt to approach any animals.

Fires and BBQs: Open small campfires are to be used in designated areas only and make sure to extinguish all fires completely. Fire Bans may apply during extreme dry conditions.

Noise Levels: Keep loud noise to a minimum during daylight hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all visitors and to respect wildlife. Quiet time is from 10pm-8am.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed, they must be on a leash at all times and cleaned up after. Ensure pets do not disturb wildlife or other visitors.

Preserve the Facilities: Treat all facilities and furnishings with care. Report any damages or maintenance needs to ranch staff immediately.

Use of Equipment: If equipment is provided (e.g., picnic tables, chairs), please use them responsibly and return them to their proper place.

Stay Informed: Familiarize yourself with the ranch map and important notices available at the entrance.
