A Sanctuary for Horses and Memories
Cheekye Ranch is also home to Second Chance Cheekye Ranch (SCCR), a charitable organization dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming horses in need. This sanctuary for over 100 rescued horses adds a special quality of peace and tranquility to the land, creating a unique atmosphere that fosters connection and joy.

5 Riverside 15ft Glamping Yurts (sleeps 13ppl), large decks overlooking the River with BBQ's.

Cheekye Day Cabin, centrally located with deck to store your belongings and event preparation.

Yes. Cheekye Ranch is located on Private Property and a working ranch with animals free roaming. For everyone’s safety and to ensure staff availability, all visits must be scheduled in advance by appointment only.

Yes, Cheekye Ranch welcomes outside catering and allows you to supply your own alcohol, provided that a valid liquor licence and a valid SIR (Serving it Right) permit is obtained for your event.

Yes, you’re welcome to plan your own wedding. We simply ask that an experienced day-of coordinator be designated to manage all logistics on the wedding day.

Yes, the venue can accommodate guest camping, glamping, and RVs onsite.

We offer complimentary access to:

Any extra rental items are the renter's responsibility for rental, setup, and removal.
The venue and all items used must be returned in the same condition.

Couples are welcome to decorate creatively; however, nails, screws, staples, or any items that penetrate walls, floors, trees, or structures are not permitted. Glitter and foil confetti are not allowed on site. Any damage caused will be charged to your account after the event.
During seasonal fire bans, open flames, fireworks, sparklers, and bonfires are strictly prohibited on the property and venue grounds.

Yes, we offer clear tent walls that allow in natural light and include two entry doors. These can be added to your booking for $800.

No, all rental items for your reception dining and catering must be brought in.

Yes, we offer a guest parking lot neighbouring the venue grounds.

Absolutely. The safety of all guests is our top priority.

Yes. Taxis, car shares and shuttles are welcome on the property to shuttle guests to and from.

Yes, we are pet-friendly and welcome your furry friends to share your special day. We ask that you limit your wedding to 2 dogs.

The property is home to The Finnish Sauna. Fishing is permitted with a valid fishing license. There are many bike trails nearby, and for trail riding, Squamish River Horse Adventure is just a 15-minute drive away.

Groups are responsible for removing their Garbage & recycling items at the end of the event. However, if you’d prefer, our maintenance team can handle this for you, with an additional service fee of $500.

Our standard event package includes daytime attendance for up to 150 guests. The property can host larger groups of up to 300 daytime guests, additional fees apply. Please reach out to arrange details or request a quote for a large event with over 150 in attendance.
